ترجمش می شه این که نتونست resorce مورد نظر یا همون منبع مورد نظر رو که تابع و توش تعریف کردی پیدا کنید
به احتمال زیاد فکر کنم using  ها رو درست انجام ندادی یا این که ماشین مجازیت درست نصب نشده یا این احتمالم وجود داره که sdk ها به درستی نصب نشده اند یا با خطایی چیزی نصب شدند...
